Posting content (including but not limited to: (a) posting any text, photograph, graphics, video and/or audio; and (b) creating your profile) on any Aka Records "community" site, including but not limited to Your Space (a "Community Site") will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the House Rules. Aka Records reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Terms and Conditions and/or the House Rules at any time without notice. Your continued use of any Community Site after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions and/or House Rules. You are responsible for regularly checking the Community Sites to review any changes to the Terms and Conditions and/or House Rules.
3.2 Your Account
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. You are fully responsible for all use of your account and for any acts that may take place using your account.
3.3 Your Conduct

Aka Records reserves the right to suspend or delete without notice any content which: (a) it believes in its sole discretion to be detrimental to the enjoyment of any Community Site by users; (b) breaches these Terms and Conditions and/or the House Rules; or (c) is the subject of a validly served copyright infringement notice.
By posting content on a Community Site, you grant to Aka Records a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and distribute (in whole or in part) such content for any purpose in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter devised) including but not limited to the internet and broadcast television, and you hereby waive all so-called moral rights you may have in the content. This licence includes the right to grant sub-licences.
3.5 Your Privacy
Each Community Site is operated in accordance with Aka Records privacy policy
3.6 Your liability for your content and/or conduct
Aka Records shall not be liable for: (a) any user content posted on any Community Site; or (b) the conduct of any user of any Community Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aka Records, its group undertakings, and each of their director, officers, and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with: (a) any content posted by you or through your account on any Community Site; (b) your use of any Community Site; or (c) any breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the House Rules or of any law or the rights of any third party.
